Introduction
Welcome to our DMCA page. At Call Boomer, we respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page explains how copyright holders can report infringement and how we handle such claims. We are committed to protecting the rights of content creators and responding promptly to valid copyright notices. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the procedures outlined below.
DMCA Compliance
We are fully DMCA compliant and take copyright infringement seriously. Upon receiving a proper DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We also maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Our designated agent receives and processes all DMCA notices in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). We aim to resolve all claims efficiently and fairly for all parties involved.
